DRX409013: HiSeq X Ten paired end sequencing of SAMD00562268
1 ILLUMINA (HiSeq X Ten) run: 42.4M spots, 12.7G bases, 5Gb downloads

Submitted by: National Institute of Genetics (Japan) (NIG)
Study: The sequence data used to identify the genes responsible for vernalization non-requiring in Brassica rapa.
show Abstracthide Abstract
The Japanese turnip variety "Kohiki" (Brassica rapa subsp. rapa) and the Malaysian tai-sai variety "CHOY" (Brassica rapa subsp. chinensis) were sequenced by the illumina sequencer or Oxford Nanopore sequencer. The generated sequences were tested to Sat-BSA, an NGS-based technique for isolating genes in progeny segregating between varieties.
Sample: Whole genome seaquencing for Yellow sarson
